Q:

When is check-in and check-out and how do we access our suite?

A: 

Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Early and late timing is available for a $75 fee (pending availability). Prior to your arrival we send you an email/text with arrival instructions including your assigned suite number and secure access code.

Do you offer parking?

Yes! We offer off-street parking across the street from the property for $12/day per vehicle.

Are you pet-friendly?

A: 

Yes, we have some suites designated as  dog-friendly, but we do require pre-approval and a $75 pet free prior to check-in.  Guests with unapproved dogs will be charged a $250 fee. Sorry, but we do not accept cats.  Service dogs are welcome with pre-approval and documentation.

Do you offer volume or extended stay discounts?

Yes, contact us if interested in renting a block of rooms or  if you need  to rent with us for  an extended period of time.

Are you ADA-accessible?

Yes, we have  one    ADA-accessible unit, so let us know if you have mobility issues as all other suites are up at least one flight of steps and there is

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations  are fully refundable   up to 2 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 2 days will be charged a fee of a one (1) night stay,
